| Dr. Teresita Kullberg, PhD
Position: Consultant
Dr. Kullberg holds a PhD in Inorganic/Physical Chemistry and has extensive background in lithium chemistry, having worked for FMC Lithium and Chemetall Foote Corporation for a total of 26 years. Her experience ranges from laboratory research and development to pilot plant to production. She worked directly on the Atacama Salar of Chile through Chemetall Foote's subsidiary company Sociedad Chilena de Litio (SCL).

Position: Geological Consultant
Dr. Henricksen has 35 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. Previous employers include Norsemont Mining, Bear Creek Mining Company, Kennecott Exploration and Rio Tinto Exploration. Dr. Henricksen managed a successful borate exploration program that resulted in the discovery of significant borate deposits in southern Bolivia while with Rio Tinto and will bring to the Company a valuable knowledge of the Brine deposits of Bolivia and elsewhere in South America. Tom is currently consulting for Apoquindo Minerals in Peru and Chile.

Position: Financial Controller
Ms. Gillis received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2008. Ms. Gillis has been involved in the financial markets for over 11 years and brings a comprehensive background in financial reporting and regulatory requirements to the Company. She started her career working at Thomas, Rondeau, a corporate and securities law firm.. Prior to joining New World Resource Corp., Ms. Gillis was the Treasurer and Controller of Geologix Explorations Inc and worked with Concert Industries Ltd. a company with revenues in excess of $120 million.

Mr. McCartney has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1980 and was a founding partner of Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants from 1984 to 1990. Mr. McCartney is a director and audit committee chairman of Mercer International Inc., a former director and audit committee chairman of Exeter Resources Corp., the director of business development and a founder of Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc., chairman and founder of Heart Force Medical Inc., and a member of the local advisory committee to the TSX Exchange.
