Joan McCorquodale, has 20 years of mineral exploration experience, and has held a variety of positions from field geologist to project manager for both major and junior mining companies, including Noranda and Goldcorp. In addition to her scientific background Joan has been engaged in corporate development and accountable for several property acquisitions, corporate governance and financings.

Ms. Gillis received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2008. Ms. Gillis has been involved in the financial markets for over 11 years and brings a comprehensive background in financial reporting and regulatory requirements to the Company. She started her career working at Thomas, Rondeau, a corporate and securities law firm.. Prior to joining New World Resource Corp., Ms. Gillis was the Treasurer and Controller of Geologix Explorations Inc and worked with Concert Industries Ltd. a company with revenues in excess of $120 million.
Mr. William (Bill) McCartney
Position: Director
Mr. McCartney has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1980 and was a founding partner of Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants from 1984 to 1990. Mr. McCartney is a director and audit committee chairman of Mercer International Inc., a former director and audit committee chairman of Exeter Resources Corp., the director of business development and a founder of Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc., chairman and founder of Heart Force Medical Inc., and a member of the local advisory committee to the TSX Exchange.

Mr. Brown is a chartered accountant and partner in the accounting firm of Culver & Co. in Vancouver, British Columbia since 1991. He has served clients in a wide range of industries, and is familiar with the reporting requirements of public companies. He has served as a director of New World since 2005.

Mr. Schellenberg has been active in the public markets for over 20 years both establishing and managing several public Companies in the resource sector . Gary established Coast Mountain Geological Ltd., in 1987 a private, full-service mineral exploration consulting firm, Coast Mountain Geological Ltd., in 1987. Coast Mountain currently employs more than 50 people worldwide.

Dr Shatzko is the founder and former Chairman of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc., an AMEX(N.MDM) and TSX (T.MPV) listed mining company. He is a director of several public companies and is Chairman of Entourage Mining Ltd. since July 2004.
